The most unprofessional team, I initially spoke to Syndney, she told me she was on maternal leave and Ted was supposed to follow up with me, he did but then I had to email him multi times to find out what was going on or what the status was with my case, then Lise emails me an invoice, I emailed her to speak to her because I had some questions before moving forward and never got a response, I’ve called multiple times to speak to Sydney again and never answered and never got a called back, lawyers are supposed to stay in contact with you and I have not had that with this team, definitely do not recommend them it was weeks before I ever got a response from Ted and from Lise and Sydney never.
