This was the first time we needed the services of a notary and apostille. Stamped With Elegance totally went above our expectations. Jasmine was friendly and patient, explaining the procedure for the apostille and letting us know exactly what to expect and how long it could take. She came to our house which was very convenient and couriered the documents to Austin. Jasmine kept us informed daily of the apostille and delivered back to us in three working days! She is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, most importantly she communicated clearly. We cannot recommend Stamp With Elegance highly enough. We have no problem with recommending Jasmine to our associates and friends who need Notary and apostille services.

Terrible customer service. Each time I asked for an update on a simple document to be stamped, I received a different story. First, she claimed she lost her phone, then said there was an error on the document, and finally, she stated that the entire document was lost. Despite me explicitly telling her it was urgent, she stopped answering my calls and almost always replied to my emails a day later. A complete waste of time, with no respect for customers or their time.

I advise against using this place and their services. You can find better, more affordable, and, most importantly, honest alternatives elsewhere.

I had to process some legal documents for notarization and Apostille. She came in on the same day, even though it was Sunday.
She was very kind, thorough and fast. I made a mistake and so she came back to us to do the notarization process again. She personally called the office of the secretary of the state to make sure we had everything to get stamps on the documents for Apostille. Everything was completed in a few days, even though the documents had to be sent to Austin and then back to us.
I cannot say enough about how good she is as a professional as well as a person.
