Had an initial deep clean and just came home to my first biweekly clean. When I tell you that I think I’m mostly clean, but am
very aware of the things I don’t get to (which is why I decided to hire them)…. No! I can tell you I have a lot to learn about keeping a clean home! I was on the fence about spending money on this, but the amount of stress that is lifted, the areas of my home I no longer have to “try to not look at”, and just feeling like I have a team to help me manage my life is worth EVERY penny. Angela has been great to communicate with. Kourtnee poured herself into my house. If you’re on the fence- jump and book this company.

This was our first time using cleaners for a move in clean request and I am so glad that we did. Angela was the most responsive of all the cleaners I reached out to. Instead of waiting 2 or more days to get a quote back, she called me back immediately after I submitted the inquiry over their website and gave me the quote over the phone. No frills, no upselling, no unnecessary fees - just straight and to the point about approximately how long it would take and what her price was. At first, our schedules did not quite match and instead of ending the call, she even gave recommendations of people she has worked with in the past who may be available during the day/time I needed. We eventually scheduled a day/time with her instead when our schedules synced up better. Her team was phenomenal in cleaning nooks and crannies. They went above and beyond and even made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning before they left. They cleaned inside appliances and inside cabinets - services that other companies would have charged an outrageous price for. The whole cleaning only took 2.5 hours with a team of 3. With that cleaning reset, our new home is now ready for our furniture. If I have any cleaning needs in the future, I will be sure to contact Angela/Springs Cleaning Services LLC first!
