I had the unfortunate displeasure of speaking with Maria. We had three packages sent to SOS Postal, supposedly a FedEx Authorized Center listed on the FedEx website. When we attempted to pick them up, we were met with unbelievable rudeness and the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. When we called, we were hung up on. FedEx advised that based on their GPS system, our packages were delivered to this location. Maria, on the other hand, tells us that she refused the packages and sent them away. FedEx shows that she not only received the packages, she signed for them herself. This is an unbelievably rude person. It would be nice to speak with the owner but I doubt the message would be passed on. This has been reported to FedEx and they are investigating.

I went to SOS Postal about a week ago and I found their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, and I was surprised at how many services they offered, i.e., notary, mail box, live scan, phone cards, office accessories, computer usage, etc.

SOS Postal is the go to place in downtown Perris!
