I had picked out tile at a local warehouse for my Master Bathroom renovation and during the month of August the manufacturer in Italy shut down so there was no supply in the entire State of New Jersey. Solid Shape was the ONLY place in the entire Country that I could easily find an exact match for what I needed to get exactly what I wanted. Also, the sample they sent came quickly and the order I placed after the sample came in was delivered within 7 days of purchase. Unbelievable platform for contractors and consumers!!

They were the only tile shop that had the aubergine subway tiles I was seeking, so despite the shipping cost I went ahead and made the purchase. Throughout my whole exchange with the sales team/customer support, they have been incredibly responsive. One box of tiles sent was incorrect and they quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend this company! Make sure to double check your shipment though.

Very impressed and satisfied by Solidshape. My sample tile when delivered was packaged so well there was no chance for it to have gotten broken. After delivery, they followed up with me to find out if I had any questions or if they could be of further assistance. Solid shape is great! I have used their products for several flips. They came in clutch when I had to make modifications for inspectors, and they helped me get the product I needed on time.

Delivery for the samples was fast. The tiles were packaged well so for sure I'll be ordering my tiles from Solidshape when I'm ready. I want to use all the tile colors in the Zellige Salvia image. I think I have most of them but I'll be checking with their Customer Service.

I just want to say that everyone I dealt with at Solidshape was a pleasure to deal with. I was hesitant to order 900 sq.ft of kitchen tiles without actually seeing in person. The communication between Tural and myself was almost daily and he always responded very quickly and made me feel confident enough to go through with it. Unfortunately, I received a defective batch of tiles which was at no fault to the company. How they handled the issue was impeccable. They were on it right away and I received my full refund without a problem. I, wholeheartedly without a doubt, recommend them. Thank you Tural, for not making this experience a disastrous one.
