I am not one to complain. In fact I haven’t done these reviews, but I want to share my experience with Mr. Sobero. He helped me with my case ongoing opened case before the pandemic hit. I don’t think much was resolved. The case was already resolved when he came in. I just wanted to have him available if anything came up.
So it’s been almost a year in June since I haven’t seen my child. I called him for about 3 months, maybe more. I called, emailed, sent messages through his website. He never got back to me. I spoke with his assistant who told me she gave him the message and he knew but never called me back. When I decided to drop him from my case, I heard from him immediately. He responded fast to that and was okay removing himself from my case. My only concern is, if he didn’t want to help me with my case. Then why not call me to tell me instead of waisting my time. I sent him many emails with proof and details of my case and never got a response. Personally, it is very unprofessional.

Horrible experience never communicate with me every time I would reach out he was never available I missed my court date because I never received a call they called the other party and I supposedly got a text never got it he canceled my appointment to go see him said up a zoom meeting never send a link or anything was waiting 30 min for his called I never knew what was going on with my case unless I called it was more like he was working with the other party I understand his busy but why make me feel like he didn’t care it was more like his in for the money only I would never recommend him
