We really enjoyed our stay here in snowmass - We were able to receive an early check in which was wonderful since we had been traveling all day. The check in process was very easy and we were notified of early check in as soon as it was available.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and was a fully stocked place with washer/dryer, dishwasher, extra towels, shower ammenaties, and anything else you would need during your stay.

The fireplace was definitely a nice addition to be able to warm up after a day in the mountains.

The place had a great view of the mountains and had a nice hiking path behind the condos to get you into snowmass village. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodations, beautiful area. Stayed during the off season for a conference. Only issue was the ceiling/floor for the above room must not have much if any noise insulation. Sounded like people talking were in the same room. Only reason for dropping a star, overall very nice place.

I booked a condo through Bookings.com and one week before our vacation we were informed by Aspen Snowmass Vacations that the condo we had reserved was not available! They could switch us to another condo if we wanted. With that late of notice we felt we had no option. They did not offer us any discount on our rental, which I thought they should have. The condo we stayed in was run down and not that clean - we were very disappointed in our whole experience. It was not Bookings fault - it was all through Aspen Snowmass Vacations.

2 night stay at the Willows in Snowmass. Arrival instructions clear, detailed and easy to follow. Condo was centrally located, great amenities. I will be recommending to friends and fam. Cheers.

We enjoyed the apartment. It was perfect size for our 3 person family. There was plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils for our usage. Location was great. The pool and two hot tubs we utilized EVERY NIGHT!
There was plenty of blankets for staying warm.
The only thing I would like to have had was maybe a box fan or two. We actually got pretty warm even though it was cold outside. We fixed this by opening the windows. This may just be us though. We are from the south and I use an ac about 9 months a year.
Overall great stay. Thank you!!

For condo 3b . Place was kind of a dump. The carpeting was stained and scuzzy. The chairs in the bedrooms were stained. The couches were uncomfortable and lumpy. The cabinets in the kitchen were dirty and sticky. The whole condo was pretty much outdated. For the price I paid we expected something nice.

We have had an amazing week in Snow Mass. Extraordinary snow, we would certainly return.
The condo was warm and comfortable with a workable kitchen and comfortable beds.
However the lack of laundry facilities due to construction was an issue and there

We loved our stay for Christmas 2023! accommodations were great. Short walk to slopes and an amazing grocery store (Clark’s). Would have liked access to heated pool and gym but we got a workout on the slopes! Thank you, Snowmass—-from, Guntersville, AL
