Very fast accurate testing. Customer service was great and allowed me to extend testing because I was sick when I received the kit. They helped me with questions also. Great follow up. Easy to follow and much nicer than going to a sleep clinic.

Compared to another test I participated in, this was far easier. The initial contact was very personable and welcoming. Unlike the previous company I dealt with. The kit was convenient to use. Having said that, the first time I used the kit it took more time to figure out how to use it than needed. The primary reason was how the belt was folded in the kit. It was confusing. I folded it differently when I returned it. Otherwise, the rest was good

They worked with my insurance and the process was easy. My insurance covered it. I got an appointment within a few days and got my kit pretty quickly after. The study was easy, just downloaded the app and wore the ring to sleep. If I had gone to someone local they were booking out 6 weeks for just the initial appointment. I'm really glad this is an option!

Honestly, I’m tired of sharing my experience. I stated on my return slip that instructions should have been included in the box. In my attempts to access information on the web and using the QR Code did not bring me to the information that was needed in order to use the equipment sent to me. I had to serve the web in order to get instructions. In addition because the office was closed for the weekend and would not open until Monday when I was unable to do the test I would then be charged extra money.

I received a return call on Monday. I attempted to explain to the gentleman what the problem was. He kept stating the same thing over and over. Which was that he would Instruct me on how to use the test. This in spite of my stating numerous times that I googled it and was able to complete the test. I then told him the way to handle the call would be to first acknowledge what I was saying. Secondly, to apologize for the difficulty I experienced. And finally to let me know that this information And looked into doing something differently. He insisted on telling me the same thing. I then said goodbye and hung up. This call was even more frustrating than getting information on the test. Especially since I was dealing with a live person.

The second night I had a problem and there was nowhere to troubleshoot. I again googled and was able to get information. This was s most frustrating experience. Lastly I would like to ask how would somebody who was not familiar with Google or computers be able to have completed this test?

I will be speaking to the doctor about this and ask him to look into using a different company.

I am Extremely disappointed with sleep test.com. They automatically renewed my contract at the beginning of November without prior warning. I immediately saw the payment go thru and called to cancel. They refused to refund my $816 renewal. I feel this is a horrible way to make money. The only email we received to let us know it was renewing was an email stating they charged my card. I am Very disappointed in their business customer service. Their response to me was they have a no refund policy. I could understand this had I asked to continue service then asked for a refund. Giving your customers no choice is not right. I will NEVER recommend this company and I will be sure to tell others to Beware of their business policies. Extremely bad service.

*After speaking with the owner, he listened to my concerns and understood (especially as a business owner) where I was coming from. He made the situation right and I feel that he cares more about his customers than his bottom line. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me.

I had such a positive experience with SleepTest.com! The at-home test was so much easier and more comfortable compared to the miserable sleep study I did at a clinic. In the clinic, I barely slept at all – I was attached to all kinds of uncomfortable equipment, the bed was terrible, and I felt like a stranger was watching me all night. The home test, on the other hand, was simple, convenient, and way less stressful. I actually slept through the night, which I couldn’t say for the clinic visit! I only wish I had known about this option sooner – it really made the whole process so much easier.
