Very happy with SleekShop customer service. I made a purchase for some hairsprays and I appreciate them going above and beyond to help me with my transaction. I was initially suppose to pick up my order in store and then made the transition to ship to me go smoothly. I received my order today and was very grateful that they went the extra mile to secure the sprays so they wouldn't spill during shipment since that are pump hairsprays.

SCAM business. They took my money and didn't supply the item I bought. They sent some unrelated items. When I called in they never called back. I had to send an email. Once they responded they wanted me to supply specific packaging and tape on items I didn't purchase (at my expense). Then they wanted me to use my INK and Paper for a label. Then spend my time and gas to send it back. Then they advised to process the item once received it would be another 2-3 WEEKS. Then made a disclaimer about item's might not be accepted unless in a certain condition.

There business model is to steal customers money then throw a random item in the box (not what the customer bought), then making the return of the item costly, timely and NOT guaranteed. Effectively deterring the customer from even attempting to return or making it impossible to obtain a refund.

I will change my review if you decide not to steal my money and issue a refund. You are even welcome to send someone to pic up your junk at my house at a coordinated time. My REF #3415776. Please contact me with the email on the account.

This is my first purchase and I am impressed! I placed an order right before Christmas and received it on the 26th. It was packed very well. The product, Keune hair spray, is one I often use and they sold it at a price that cannot be beat. I will be sure to look at this site before buying any beauty/hair products. Thanks for a great experience!

I went by in person to buy some Oway products and was helped by very friendly people. I did not place an order in advance but they welcome walk-ins. I checked availability on their website to make sure the products were in stock. The prices are very good, I will be back!

Shipping was delayed by an entire week. When I placed my order on 10/19, they said delivery by October 22. I kept checking the tracking and they created the shipping label on the 22nd, but never took it to USPS until the 24th. I reached out to customer service for help, but got a canned response on my first email and nothing after that. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. They seem very shady and unreliable. Worst online shopping experience I've had in long while!

BUYER BE WARE!!!! Don't purchase from this company.
I purchased the color from Sleekshop, and a few days later purchased the developer. The color came through, the developer never did. The delivery email said it was delivered but there was nothing in my mailbox.
I called the company 10 times and and every time it says "you're #1 in the que", the problem is that you wait for over 45 minutes and no one answers the call. I emailed and they responded with a pathetic answer and didn't want to help me with contacting the carrier.
I still have the color.
