What a nightmare of a woman to work with. Completely uneducated to the point she can’t even spell my name right. Has no patience and or understanding to basic process service. I would avoid at all cost and look for other means of process service! What they are stating below is a lie. As when it came time to actually perform the service is when hiccup after hiccup occurred. I added photo of invoice! I also recommend NT advance consulting services. Very easy to work with and they will do it cheaper. Only 85$ and much more educated of a process service!

Shalonda is incredible! She served my legal documents quickly, professionally and kept me updated the entire time. She was very kind over the phone, and has amazing customer service! HELPED A FRIEND FIND THIS COMPANY. A complete waste of money. Did not serve the correct documents although they were sent to them. Documents were not concealed when served. Unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Shalonda.  She was very professional from the start.  She made sure that I understood her services and fees to ensure proper expectations were set.  When I hit a dead end regarding locating the party that was to be served, she conducted her own research to find a good address.  I do not know how she did it, but Shalonda was heaven sent.  I am so thankful and honored to have worked with someone that values customer interactions and strives to complete the task at hand in the best way possible.  She never got discouraged and always had a contingency plan in place.  I wish I could give her 10 stars.  This is the only company I will use in the future to serve official documents.
