Can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve been calling since open of business this morning and it’s now 2pm with no answer. I finally got a live representative named Megan who told me she can’t help me. The person who helped me the day before is the only one who can help me. I would think that if I need a record that I paid in full that anyone in their agency can pull this info up. The Lofts should really get rid of this in house collection agency and subcontract with someone else completely. The only helpful person here is James… when you can get a hold of him.

Can't get through to them during business hours.. When I finally got through I was just transferred to someone who possibly wasn't even there.. my dept was paid in full but still hasn't been processed since the payment was made on March 10th.. and my rent applications are being denied due to this negligence.
