I've been living at Sierra Ridge Apartments for a while now, and it's been a great experience. Barbara, the apartment manager, has been wonderful since I moved in. She's kind, professional, and always ensures residents feel welcome.

Mark, the maintenance manager, is also great. He's quick to respond to any issues and gets things fixed efficiently. He takes pride in his work, which is always appreciated.

The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and in a good neighborhood. Thanks to Barbara and Mark, Sierra Ridge is a great place to live.

I love living here. I expressed an interest moving in December 2023 but Sierra Ridge was full at the time. I recieved a phone call from Barbara around June that there was an opening and she was greatly helpful in assisting with my application as a first time renter. She explained every application step and notified me that my upfront deposit would be increased as a first time renter with a short credit history. Which I gladly accepted because this is where I wanted to be.

Barbara (manager) and Mark (maintenance) are both attentive and responsive to concerns, such as adressing and repairing the minor appartment defects I pointed out moving in.

And the place is gorgeous. The scenery and well maintained appartment is why I fully believe this is the best Tehachapi appartment to live in.

I have been a resident at the Sierra Ridge Apartments in Tehachapi, CA for about a year now and I have had a great experience. The apartment is well maintained, and the location is perfect for someone that is looking for a quiet apartment complex. A huge plus is the apartment manager, Barbara Piatt. She is a pleasure to deal with, is reliable, and always is just a phone call or an email away if any resident needs anything. I am living here for work, and I cannot think of one negative thing about the complex or staff. It has been a great place to live with help from management any time it is necessary.

I want to thank Barbara once again for the wonderful hospitality and would recommend anyone in search of an apartment in Tehachapi to reach out to her. She will do her best to let you know availability as soon as possible and is great with following up.

I've lived here for almost 6 months now. The manager (Barbara) has been nothing but kind and very professional. Her and the groundskeeper (Mark) always greets everyone in the complex. Whenever there is an issue, they are quick to respond and resolve it in a timely manner. VERY much appreciated and make it a secure environment for renters.

I stopped by to rent an apartment unfortunately they had no openings at this time. This is by far the nicest complex we have looked at so far. Barbara the manager was so nice and friendly. We are hoping an apartment will open up soon.

Best apartments in Tehachapi! The apartments are very nice, and the outside area very well taken care of. Love the grassy area and pool too!

I’ve lived here for about 9 months now. The property manager, Barbara, is so kind and always helpful. Mark the maintenance guy always came out ASAP. The only issue my unit had was a non-functioning AC, and Barbara got it fixed as soon as possible. The entire complex just got new roofs and every unit got all their windows replaced! All the upgrades have been really nice. I enjoy living here and I recommend it!
