This locale exceeded my expectations when I needed to ship a cedar wreath to Texas recently. They found the perfect box size, handled my items carefully and honed in on the best price possible for me to reasonably ship this gift to a friend. There was about $10 additional charged on top of the FedEx shipping, a charge well worth for such patient, savvy support in eliminating what would have otherwise been a stressful mailing problem for me to tackle on my own. I’ll be back. Well done.

I had used them a couple of times and was very happy with the service and packing they did the first time I sent meat to a family member in PA I furnished the Styrofoam cooler they made a box to fit in and I had some dry ice so it got there in good shape. But this recent time I was sending frozen meat once more I could not get any dry ice so I asked them if it would ship okay without the dry ice they reassured me yes it would be just fine. They did not put the Styrofoam cooler in a cardboard box they said it would be fine just the way it is I trusted them I did not have Insurance and that was my fault for not asking. They assured me it would be there in four days and it would be fine. I tracked the package to Pennsylvania and now it says it is undeliverable.

Very disappointed in the way my items were packaged. An online auction took my items here to be shipped. Two small pottery items were bubbled wrapped. They then placed these with their stands inside of one of the two collector baskets. No packing paper to keep them secure inside the basket. No bubble wrap around the baskets. They were just put in a flimsy box where they touched the sides of the box with no protecton.I'm really surprised they weren't crushed during shipping. There was one thin piece of bubble wrap on the top and bottom of the box. With spending $49 I expected better packaging. When I received the message that my package had been delivered it said it was delivered to someone in another state. I called the store and was told it was just entered wrong in the computer. I did get my package a couple of days later. Since then I have received 3 other messages for packages being delivered that should have gone to the people that actually were receiving the packages. Retraining seems to be in order.
