Great service and knowledgeable staff. Needed to overnight our daughter’s wedding bouquet to be preserved and staff couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They had done it numerous times before and had all of the packing materials to do it properly.

Tried to get three packages sent out - the person working there got extremely annoyed at our questions, as we thought this was an authorized UPS shipping outlet. Upon asking her to calm down she began exhibiting incredibly unprofessional behaviour, loudly yelling and disrespecting us. We walked out with her still yelling behind us. Would seriously recommend you take your business elsewhere. Shocking behaviour for a very basic transaction.

I shipped a large package today, and I believe the gentleman who helped me is the owner. He has a large dog who loves to sleep behind the counter, and we chatted about dogs for a few minutes. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

The employees here are extremely rude. Be prepared to be hit with major attitude and rude comments every time you walk in. Doesn't matter how nicely you package your items, how much effort you make to be nice and respectful to the employees - same story every single time. If you don't like your job, don't take it out on the customers. Only in a small town like Telluride where there is only one option could a business survive treating customers so poorly. Pretty obvious from the rest of the comments that I am not the only one that experiences this. Sad thing is that Telluride is such an amazing place with such nice people, so this store really is an outlier.

Almost gave one star, but some of the time I have a great experience here, depending on who's manning the desk, and hey I guess my packages have never been lost or anything, but... I've lived here for years, been in here a number of times, and WOW, the woman that works here just ... wow, SO rude. Every other review on here backs this up.

Like I get it, we're all jaded from stupid and rude tourists, but man lady, you do not need to be so rude when someone kindly just asks you a question just because the answer is on a brand new sign in the store that you just put up. Every time I've been in here she's been so rude, but it really got to me today because I haven't had the best day.

The man who works here is kind, considerate, and personable and provides great service. Wish it wasn't the ONLY place in town that provides this service or I'd go elsewhere just to avoid such a cringe-y interaction. But even though it is the only place in town, I will now try to avoid it at all costs.

Woman at counter is rude via phone. I am a local teacher and was trying to drop off a UPS paid for label that said 5 pounds on my short break between classes since I wasn't sure if the UPS person would stop for a drop-off at my school. The contents were about 300 small student art drawings for a local fund raiser. The package only actually weighed 3 pounds. The company that paid for the UPS prepaid shipping label says I can drop it off for free at a local ship it center. I explained this to her, and asked if I could drop the 3 pound package off and not be charged extra with her establishment. She didn't give me a straight answer (said if it is 5 pounds and over it will cost me $ to drop off at the ship it store- like she didn't hear my question-) and said, "If you are worried about it, go track down a UPS driver in town and hand it to them" in an annoyed way. Way to help a local teacher trying to raise $ for her kids out- lady. Your customer service skills are lacking- guess I will go track down the UPS person all over town. ;( and save myself a bogus fee.
