I'm not sure what the deal is with the dark haired woman that works here but she needs to take some happy/chill pills. She has been very short and rude every time I have come in and after today I won't be coming back! I was talking to a gentleman at the counter about some vape juice and he was having trouble finding it which I was assisting him while she was on the phone. After her phone call ended she got up and came over with an attitude and basically bites my head off saying "we have never had that, ever" ummm okay lady you act like I'm a regular or something (I was here visiting family btw and don't know the inventory by heart), sry I wasn't aware of what you had in stock. She also yelled at what I'm assuming was her daughter or daughter in law idk but she was apparently "too busy" for whatever reason to meet her request even though I was literally the only customer there ?, the whole visit was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Don't except a "hey how's it goin" when you walk in. They could take some lessons in customer service, especially customers with Autism like myself who take a little bit of time to browse and make decisions involving money, save yourself the "unwanted feeling" and go to the smoke shop down the road, at least they greet you properly, sheesh ?

I called originally, but the lady who answered was short and seemed too bothered to answer any questions. So, when I was nearby, I went in, as I am interested in buying a gun or two. There's a lady sitting down talking to an old man about making stew and different types of roasts. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, and my existence wasn't even acknowledged. She was only interested in talking about cooking with someone. I looked around a bit and then waited at the counter some more. Still talking about stew meat. Waited longer. Pork roast now. I felt like I was interrupting a private meeting. I walk out and leave. Would have been nice to buy a gun. The customer service here is zero. the lady working is not doing this place any favors. Do they sell guns here, or maybe it's a front? Ended up driving up to rural kings. Got a great deal on a handgun and a shotgun. They actually wanted to make a sale. Better prices, too. I would love to buy local, Anna do every chance I get. But I won't beg you for service.
