I have worked and collaberated with the owners of Shasta Signings for a few years now. There are only a few signing services I would ever recommend to any of our clients and Shasta would be one of them. They spend their tireless energy training their notaries, reviewing scans, helping them through difficult signings, and their clients love them. Shasta Signings does an amazing job. Our last transaction was a little crazy with the big storm causing delays with the original documents getting the notary and then add the Holidays so it was all hands on deck to get this family into their home here in Idaho today. I did a loan signing for this company. Not only were they great at getting everything to me on time so I could print and still make my appointment with no issues but they were very easy to get a hold of when issues arose with a question from the client and on making sure I had everything I needed.
