I have been working with Sharon Clayman for quite a while, I originally went to see her for support dealing with the death of my son. She was very understanding and compassionate with me and gained my trust during my difficult journey through grief. I also started dealing with issues that have been following me for most of my life due to childhood trauma. With the help of EMDR ,Sharon has been very successful in helping me to get to the core of my negative thoughts that I’ve lived with since a very young child. She was always tuned into making me feel safe and trusting and important enough ,to finally help me to share some of my inner most feelings. I have been able to make a huge breakthrough in my therapy after many years of intensive work and I couldn’t imagine doing it without Sharon’s support.

I have been working with Dr. Sharon Clayman for more than 8 years now. She meets you where you are with compassion and curiosity. We work through the tough stuff with EMDR, which is a bilateral stimulation through eye movement or tapping. She always ends our session with movement then stillness, making sure I’m grounded before I leave. I highly recommend her. She is a major part of my wellness journey. And for that I am grateful! 💕

I found Dr. Clayman through another therapist who thought I would benefit greatly from EMDR therapy. I was in a dark place in my life and after being in therapy for well over 10 years with various other doctors, I was willing to try. With extreme gratitude I can say that Dr. Clayman and EMDR therapy were the catalyst to my finding a greater well-being.
