Shane got a felony dropped to a misdemeanor for me and got me off with no probation, no jail time, just a fine. He drove all the way to wayne county ohio just for my case. He's worth every single penny. Then one of his partners took my girlfriends misdemeanor case and got her to a payout ticket. Theur communication is incredible. These people really care about you. They take time to learn who you are as a person, and do not judge you by your mistakes. HIGHLY recommended.

I highly recommend Shane Herzner. His customer service is second to none. He exceeded my expectations. Shane helped me through a very complex OVI charge. It was my second one. I knew I needed legal representation to help me through this situation and I had the best outcome way better than I even expected. Shane gotr a plea deal and I did not get charged with an OVI. I got no jail time, I had driving privledges. My licenses were only suspended for 6 months,I only got one year probation. Now I'm off. The most important part about Shane's services was both him and Heather were very knowledgeable, both explained everything to me and most important very easy to talk too. In addition, even until this day Shane will personally call or text me. I have always got a quick response from him.I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Again, I can not say how much Shane was such a blessing in my life. I am extremely ecstatic with the outcome of my case and I will always send everyone I know to Shane Henzer law firm. This firm took my money and provided 0 help. In fact, when I paid a $500 court fee, my attorney said I did not have to pay. I asked why you did not tell me that prior to my payment. All they want is your money, and then they are done with you. Beware!

Pleaded into the decision I didn't want. I asked 5 times before are you sure and told me yes. Then got hostle towards me when I called out his mistake. Told me that's why you hire a lawyer. Well he was wrong now I'm just stuck with the consequence. Please avoid Bruce at all cost.
