We sought out Matt when we received a notice that my wife’s immigration status would be denied unless we submitted a I-601 application for waiver, and that waiver was approved. Knowing the situation was critical, we researched extensively and felt extremely fortunate to find Matt. We saw his reviews and that he had many successful outcomes.

We had 30 days to build and submit our waiver application. Matt helped us build the strongest case we could in such a short time, which ended up including a 300 page supporting document to the waiver application.

My wife’s waiver application was approved last week and we went from my wife almost being denied to she is now a permanent resident. This would not have happened without Matt’s quick response times, availability, and competence. Most important, he really cares about people!
