When do they every call back, have left two messages and stayed online listening to there recording for 37 min. without an answer. Also left text message STILL ONE STAR (Update 3/04/25)Very poor and unprofessional service from the dispatch side. Could not even answer a single question about delivery time. Before saying I could just reschedule. I would have just canceled if I didn't need oxygen to live on.
Chris the delivery driver showed up ahead of time and was very professional and knowledgeable.
It's a shame, I would have given a better rating.

I fractured my ankle and SG delivered my shower chair by mail, also my walker and commode within 3 days via mail. I have called just once with a question and got friendly customer service.
I got a urgent walking boot order and needed by mail and called was told how to pay my copay and they sent it next business day. I made 3 calls and all 3 I considered good friendly timely customer service. I waited only 7 minutes in the Q. till I got a live rep.
I've worked in the medical field for 45 years and my experience was pretty good considering other medical calls I've had to make for tests and appointments or information.

Just awful. I've been with them awhile now and I can't even figure out how to pay the bill. They don't email or mail bills and when you try to create an acct online to pay you cannot as the website malfunctions. They ask you for a code and for an invoice number neither of which I have. Then you call and leave a message and they never call back. The equipment is dirty and they show up completely unannounced.

Horrible service! Waiting 6-hours for a delivery time confirmation for oxygen tank and health care devices upon discharge from Saddleback Hospital. Called repeatedly for assistance and a time estimate and was told they would confirm within minutes. 6-hours later still zero information. Thankfully the patient in need was permitted to re-admit, and stay another night (after having been discharged)as it became obvious her medical devices & oxygen were not reliable to be delivered!!! If you can use ANY OTHER MEDICAL DEVICE COMPANY - do so! Terrible service!!

Fustercluck on a bad day. Delivered the oxygen bottle I needed to leave the hospital with @ 10:pm ,(about 5 hours late), then never alerted me to it's delivery. Next day I spoke to customer service who assured me that today's delivery of an oxygen concentrator to my home would come after they had delivered a walker to my hospital room so I could go home and take delivery of the oxygen concentrator. While sitting in my hospital room waiting for the walker to arrive so I may discharge and go home to receive the oxygen concentrator their driver called to tell me he was 15 minutes from my house with the oxygen concentrator and that he would have to reschedule that delivery. Here it is 3:00 p.m. this started at 8:00 a.m. there is still no walker to be seen. I'm not a betting man but If I were I put my last dollar that that walker will be here at close to 6:00 p.m. I'll be leaving the hospital with one bottle of oxygen and that'll leave me stranded at my apartment with no oxygen.

Let me just put it out there .. the American medical system is broken .. a lot of greed and a lot of abuse .. whether it’s insurance devils, hospitals, cocky physicians, or specialized clinics! They are all rotten bad! .. people in front lines like PAs, Some NPs, Nurses, MEs, MAs, lap techs, Receptionists, and other non medical admins they are dealt the bad hand in this broken system .. it really helps when someone actually smiling and showing empathy while dealing with patients red tape pain .. it’s not their fault it’s their greedy executives and business owners .. they are in the same boat as we are in this broken system .. the guys here are really doing as much as they can to help out .. they cut some corners if possible to get your medical needs ASAP .. it’s actually one of the rare medical related places that have great customer service .. next time you come here or anywhere else just start with a smile .. it will dramatically upscale your experience .. smile! it’s free ❤️

My mother is still waiting for her sleeve. It’s been a month no supervisor or anybody to complain to about to submit a complaint to Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous. Do I need to wait till she is hospitalized? She needs her compression sleeve.!!! She had cancer not very good at the patient’s needs and not so much of a need, but this is required for her to be healthy to prevent any hospitalization in the future for infection or possible blood clots !!! Going to file a grievance ASAP I do work in the medical field and will not post what hospital I work for, but we would never treat our patients this way.

They took my money and never sent me my machine. They won’t pick up the phone and are irritated after several rings. They referred me to a text line that also ignored requests and keeps telling me to check back week after week for tracking information.
