My went in to fax a document but the lady there didn't know how to access the email so she could print and fax the documents. If y ou don't know to do this why are you there?

They could be more friendly and not rude to people who are different and are using manners since the dark-haired one was very rude when I was saying please and thank you people need to have the Librarians retrained in my opinion
