Having heard Melissa Schwartz present at several CLEs, I referred my Client to her. Unfortunately Ms. Schwartz did not capitalize on this opportunity and certainly I can never send another Client that way. We found Ms. Schwartz to be very unresponsive, which is a true tragedy when she is holding funds for disabled people who need their funds. Ms. Schwartz made decisions not in the best interest of the beneficiaries of the trust and refused any meaningful discussion on the subject. If I could go back in time, I would't have made this referral. Ms. Schwartz excuse for not responding to emails starting in February was the impending Tax deadline of April 15th... This reflects poorly on me to my Clients, since I made the referral. There are several better options out there. Be sure to do your research. I write this review to help others to prudently do their research.

Melissa took matter into her own hands and did not look out for my client. Melissa did what was best for her and her firm and took advantage of my client. I am a real estate investor and sadly, I won't be sending her anyone her way anymore. Very unprofessional crooked lady. Makes you wonder what else they do behind doors. She should be sued

I called Melissa to get a consultation looking for a probate attorney after my dad passed and when she finally called me back she was very rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her then didn't answer when I called back for a scheduled over the phone consultation. Don't waste your time with this one.
