Great service for a reasonable price. We had about 2000 photos that we only had prints of, and wanted to digitize them, both for accessibility, and so we had a long term archive copy of them. Shipping, scan quality, and return shipment all top class. Would highly recommend if you have pictures to digitize.

Very professional company from the very first interaction until the last. Price was more than fair when using the carousel option for having my slides scanned, and the quality looks great.

Since I'm local, I wanted to drop off and pick up the slides when done, both to save time, cost, and the chance of damage during shipping. They were very easy to work with to allow this to happen.

Overall, I've been looking for a good option on-and-off for years, but wasn't in a rush until I found the perfect company. It appears that I did, and I will use them in the future for other photos and negatives.

Very nice experience. Negatives from a trip in 1989 were digitized. Going through them was like going back in time (and having hair again). The process was easy. The turnaround was quick. The price was excellent. Very pleased. I expect to do use it again.

I want to share with you my extraordinary experience working with Scan My Photos. I notified Scan My Photos customer service that we had an unexpectant death in the family. I inquired if I could expedite the orders of three boxes of photos that they had received a few weeks ago in order to have access to the photos of my family member. My family member was prominently featured in numerous photos I had sent to Scan My Photos. We wanted to include them in a slideshow for the funeral. Within a day, I received a response as well as digital copies of photos. These are signs of how Scan My Photos views the value of great customer service and their important role of preserving family memories. I am very happy with ScanMyPhotos. The best experience and help from Logan. I am not computer savvy at all and he literally spent over a month communicating back-and-forth step-by-step how to get my photos and went the extra mile to help me set my computer up so that my photos would load onto my desktop. He then gave me additional instructions how to move them onto my external hard drive.
Great experience helped Find My missing photos and helped me save them safely. I would definitely recommend scanmyphotos, especially if you need help. You’d be so lucky to connect with Logan. Excellent experience
