The guys running this store really seem to have a passion behind their business and are always ready to help with the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve bought two servers so far one from Eric and another from Bryan and so far it’s been a pleasure to work with them. Will definitely use them for any future projects.

My experiences with SaveMyServer have been phenomenal. I've purchased two servers from them so far. They both came well packaged and completely working out of the box. After a few days of running the second server, I started getting alerts that two of the drives were in a pre-fail state. I emailed Bryan Sanchez, and he quickly replied and said that he'd send me two new hard drives at no cost. I couldn't ask for better customer support. Bryan has been fantastic to work with and is super helpful and friendly every time I speak with him!

We purchased a refurbished Dell PowerEdge 2950 through SaveMyServer on Amazon and I wanted to express how excellent their customer support has been! The unit arrived with a dead raid controller battery (not unusual, they degrade over time) which they immediately sent out a replacement for. When I got the new battery in, one of the redundant PSU's threw a "predictive fault" code and once again, SaveMyServer sent out a replacement part free of charge. Both times I was on the phone for less than two minutes. Absolutely fantastic customer service, 10/10 would purchase from again.

There aren't any good words to describe the outstanding, over-the-top service that this company provided in my various business dealings that I had with them. I found out about them via their eBay stores. When I went to purchase some fiber network cards from them, I chose Local Pickup, not knowing that they were actually a wholesale business based in a massive warehouse north of Atlanta. So I called them up to get some information about their location. Right-off-the-bat, the employees who answered the phones were very nice and very professional. Better than any customer service calls I have had, including Amazon, which are fantastic. They directed my to the representative handling the eBay division, her name was Brooke. She was super nice and pleasant to talk to and she gave me more information on my question. That day, I headed up there and they had my order ready for me at the counter. Talk about convenience. It was packed very nicely and I went on my way. I later found out, to no fault of their own or the products I purchased, that the cards were not accepted by my system. So I gave Brooke another call and she said that I could just exchange one of the cards with a different one that they had. I headed back up there and was able to meet with her in person. She was very professional, had personally checked and obtained the exchange card for me and had it again ready for me on the counter. There weren't any debacles or obstacles when dealing with them at least five times and were always happy to help me. THIS IS TRULY THE BEST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! And that is saying a lot because I deal with businesses all of the time. They are definitely my go-to for any of my server parts and accessories and they should be yours too!

Bought a Poweredge 2950 from them 3 years ago and it is still running strong. For roughly $350 I could not find a better deal anywhere else. Great support, and will buy from them again in a few years for an upgrade. I'm running websites, forums, gameservers, VMs, clouds.. etc you name it. This beast help me with my hobby of creating internet resources. This server was been running roughly 95% of the time since I received it in the mail. It has only been down for updates, co-location..etc

We needed a new server. They have great prices on Dell refurbished. More than that, the communication and response was great. I don't expect people to actually pick up the phone and help out. These guys do exactly that.
