Saskia provides an awesome level of service. We were scrambling to get our kids' passports renewed and needed emergency notary service at 8:00pm at night. Saskia drove to our home, she gave us a great price, and she was quick and very efficient. I highly recommend her service.

STAY AWAY! I wish I'd seen all the NEGATIVE reviews (on Yelp) before experiencing it for myself. When she arrived, I seated her at our dinner table and asked if I could offer her a glass of water. "No thanks, I don't want to get THE CLAP," was her response... What?! I thought perhaps she was just trying to be funny, so I decided to let it slide. Then, while she was getting her notary kit set-up, I excused myself for about 30-60 seconds to wrap-up an email I'd been working on in the next room (just before she'd arrived). When I returned, she asked me to sign her book and provide my thumb print, both of which I did. Then, as if possessed, she suddenly looked me in the eye and asked me to explain what was going on with the "snapping & clapping" in my house. I had no idea what she was talking about, so I guessed perhaps my wife had snapped or clapped to get our kids to go to bed! She didn't like that explanation and pressed me to explain what was going on, suggesting it had in fact been "thigh slapping". Thigh slapping? What?! Then she said "The great thing about living in a free country is we don't need to do anything we don't want to do", or something like that, as she started to close-up her notary kit. Again, I thought she was kidding, so I asked "Are you serious? This is really weird!" and she replied "Yeah, isn't it?" as she proceeded to get up to leave (without having provided the notary service). I said, "Please, can we just get this done?", and she said something like "I really don't want whatever you guys have". What?! Was this about the THE CLAP again?! I have no idea! I've never had such a bizarre interaction with anyone. Then, once I read some of the other reviews I can see that my experience shares similarities with several others'. I'd strongly advise people to STAY AWAY.

this lady is N U T S !! Appointment set at my wife's office (one of the largest lawyer firm of California ) for a urgent matter. She met my wife, refused to shake her hand and the only comment was: "I think you need someone else for this service" (). NO FURTHER EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN!!!

I was outside, I tried at a distance (maybe "scared" by a ugly guy who's an IT director riding a motorcycle? ) to make her comfortable and as a result she took a picture (!!!!!) of us. What the heck!!!! if you have something urgent DON'T CALL HER. If you call her, ask if she will provide you service or if she will run away taking pictures. She just set a new standard for weirdness. Medications and professional help for her, highly suggested.
