I have relatives who I believe are victims of predatory lending practices by this company.
They are elderly so were offered a 10/6 loan, almost 12% interest and they were trying to get over 10% earnest money. The Seller's agent made them reduce it to 3%!
After the earnest money was paid, they changed the terms; demanding 20% down payment, instead of 10%!

Very unprofessional. No sense of urgency. They do not care about getting you into their. Home. Im very surprised that they are still operating.
Just because there are not many mobile home vendor doesn't mean you get to play with people's time and energy spent on achieving what may be some pimples dream.
