KAREN is just AMAZING! I went to this store for a fingerprint, how friendly, helpful and skilled she was. After I missed my appointment because of lack of knowledge and horrible customer service at the Moorpark store, I highly recommend you all don't waste your time, even if you need to drive a little more to Simi Valley for the “Fieldprint”fingerprint appointment, just do it.

i've been coming here since it belonged to the USPS (40 years). Simi only had the Galena Avenue post office. you can ship, mail,buy stamps and pay your utility bills all in one place. always friendly, no huge lines. Great!

Avoid go to the post office.Ive lost countless packages from their letters.im now late on a bill due to their incompetence called the man who runs it says that their is nothing i can do once it leave s their hands but their is no sign at the usps of it at all so im now screwed out of items and late on bills ill just avoid and go to the post office.rude and angry owner beware he will not help you and will lose his temper on you.

Nice convenient location for shipping out packages and using a mail box. But this place needs to be vacuumed. The floor looks hideous.
