Only one attorney from this association answered the phone and basically laughed at me saying we don’t do this (expunge a case). So I asked him can you refer me to someone who does? He said you can go to the court yourself and fill out papers. Then I called a few criminal lawyers from Santa Clarita (not on the bar association). One replied he was going to check my case tomorrow when going to court, another called me back after living a detailed message. No wonder the bar association only has 2.5 stars on 5.
