The whole team made me and my husband feel safe and taken care of. They never hesitated to answer any of our questions, they didn’t make us feel like we were annoying them at all. It was defined a pleasure.

One thing I have to mention is that when you’re going into a lawsuit… you have to be patient.. That’s just the way it goes. Be patient and trust your attorney! It’s a very long process but They will get the job done!
Our issue could’ve been resolved in a year, but it took almost three because the defense was taking their sweet time, they were making all sorts of excuses, they kept rescheduling things, they would show up to depositions unprepared etc. keep in mind the car companies are trying to get you to get frustrated and give up. DONT GIVE UP!
Be patient and trust your attorney. Just do what they ask of you. They know what they’re doing!

They made the whole thing a blessing in disguise for us.
