Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the legal representation I got from Wil. I retained him for a child custody case due to his price point of $2500. I was given incorrect legal advice by him and his Paralegals in which I ended up getting chewed out by Caleb a Mediator for Family Court in Modesto, Ca. for listening to my legal representatives advice on what to do when the mother of my child didn’t obey the court orders. I then was at the mercy of being financially spread thin so I chose to retain Wil Salgado for a second time in which he dropped the ball nonstop and I didn’t talk to him either times I retained him until 10 minutes before each court appearance. He was completely unprepared and then on the very last court appearance didn’t even show up or call in to the court to do what he legally was supposed to do! He made me look like a complete fool, wasted my time, and still took over $5000 from me and got nothing accomplished. Even the Stanislaus Family Court Mediator by the name of Caleb said that it was extremely unprofessional and incompetent that Wil Salgado didn’t even call in or show up to legally represent me in my child custody case. The Mediator then gave all the discretion to my 15 year groomed son whether or not he wants to abide by the court order and now I lost all rights to my son and looked like a complete unprepared fool in court because my legal representation was nowhere to be found. The court gave full custody to the mother. I highly do not recommend this Attorney even if he charges less than anyone else. I have not seen my son in over a year now. Everything I said in the above statement is completely accurate and true on all levels.
