My wife and I went to see Thomas at St. George estate law. I’ve been Causing trouble my entire life and have plenty experience consulting with attorneys. Thomas hands-down is by far the very best attorney I’ve ever consulted with. He knows his stuff he’s intelligent, personable, has a so, so sense of humor. And my wife thinks he’s cute. I can't say enough about how Attorney Crofts handles a complicated estate issue that covered 3 states, several State and Federal agencies along with the Utah court system. Yes, it took experience, knowledge and endless amount of patience but Attorney Crofts navigated the case to a successful conclusion. He is a pleasure to work with, answered my questions and was available when I contacted his office.

Thomas did a great job explaining an estate trust to us. He answered all of our questions in a way that we could understand as they pertained to our situation. We also needed a Special Needs Trust and he set that up. This is our first experience with trusts but Thomas made us feel very comfortable in signing. We would recommend Saint George Estate Law for anyone doing an estate plan.

We were advised to update our Trust to comply with Utah laws some friends recommended Thomas. I didn't think we would need many changes, but I was very pleased with the fact that Thomas took the time to explain why he suggested changes to what we already had. Making it revocable vs irrevocable is what leaps to mind - he gave us scenarios we hadn't considered. He was patient with my many questions and - again - took the time to explain the answers. Bre is a great partner for him - warm and friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. We would highly recommend them.

Can't say enough good about dealing with Mr. Crofts. He was easy to chat with, answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. He went through each and every document and issue and provided us with a complete package containing a new will and a trust. He did this at what I consider a very reasonable fee. No extra fees of any kind. And I'm not afraid to call and ask questions because he does not charge for phone calls!
I am relieved to have this mostly completed now and I'm so happy I found St. George Estate Law and Thomas Crofts.
