Hired them on a random Google search and worked out better than expected. I was hoping they would just take the car back for what I owed but instead they bought it back for everything I paid in payments since day 1 including my down payment and paid off the loan…Minus a small charge for the miles. I was Super happy and surprised it took less than 3 months but maybe cause it was an EV I dunno. I would definitely use them again..Thanks Jonathan for the help throughout the process!

They were very professional and explain the options and the process very well. Their email and phone communication from my representative was prompt and kept me informed as what was happening with Ford. I don't believe I would have gotten approval for a new 5.8 L engine in a month time period without filling a Lemon Lawsuit. Ford originally told me I was approved for a new engine, good news. The bad news was I had to wait at least 6 months for one to be supplied.This engine has a serious oil burning problem because of recent design changes and issues. I took the settlement option because I have extra service maintenance program bought with the truck for another 3 years. I am very happy and satisfied with this Lemon Law company and would recommend them to others.

I was expecting my case would take a long time and that it would be difficult to get a hold of someone to start my claim but it was the opposite. This was unfortunately my second Lemon. The first time I went through this process I did it on my own and worked with manufacturer directly. It took a long time to settle and I didn’t feel like I was really taken care of. That’s why this time I decided to get help. I did my research and found The Lemon Law Experts. This was an amazing experience. From the time my case was accepted to when I received my settlement I was always kept apprised of the proceedings. Sylvia was our representative and she was great. The settlement she negotiated was more than what I expected and the process of returning the vehicle was quick and easy. Our Polaris Rzr was recalled and Polaris wouldn’t do anything to make it right. I found lemon law experts via google search and they were incredibly helpful!
