If you’re looking for someone to take you seriously and genuinely have your best interest and best potential settlement in mind, I would find someone else to help you.

This law firm had terrible communication. Many months went by without any updates or any form of communication until I eventually reached out. They apologized and said the person working on my case had left the company and my case hadn’t been properly delegated.

But the bad communication didn’t stop there, every month or so I had to call or email and ask for an update since no one had reached out to me. When I did speak with them the conversations were short and had no real substance. My case took over 2 1/2 years to settle and i got very little money once it did. I feel like my case was not taken seriously nor did they try to get me a fair settlement. In the end I only got enough to cover my medical bills and a little extra.

For reference I was stopped at a red light in my Honda accord and was struck from behind by a dodge ram who was potentially under the influence. The whole back right side of my car had been smashed in and I had a lot of back pain. They kept trying to convince me to break even and advised me I wouldn’t get much of anything back. They seemed like they just wanted to get it over with and didn’t truly have my best interest in mind.

They also referred me to a repair shop who quoted the damage on my car way higher than the original quote I got from another shop which I found odd. Overall I did not have a good experience working with this office and would not recommend them or request their services ever again.
