Charges $400/hr and drags out the case by not conveying our side of the dispute with plaintiff attorney. My defense lawyer thinks he's not neutral. He sounds like helping you but he's not. He merely walks over to the plaintiff meeting room and drinks a coffee with this plaintiff buddy and comes back all sweating. At the end, my defense lawyer had to go directly to the plaintiff side to bypass his useless and colluded service. Later learned that he's works with the plaintiff lawyer many times before to get unsuspecting victims. If other party is represented by Mike J Harrington in Davis. There's a high chance Harrington will use Wunderli. But keep in mind, they are tag-teaming you. I suggest the defense side to walk out and don't settle with them.
