I really appreciate RTM Law. After my accident they took care of me every step of the way. From the ER to the pain management, the Chiroprator & the settlement. When it came to the settlement they were persistent & made sure they got the max possible. Medical bills, they were able to lower my medical bills as much as possible. The party at fault did not want to take responsibility, but RTM Law office & staff made sure they did. They took care of me & put me are ease to know what I lost in my accident they will get it back & more. I appreciate all their hard work & effort. One more thing I want to add. RTM Law kept me up to date with my case, even if there was no progress or slow progress they always kept in touch. They were professional, kind, & very understanding. At times it gets frustrating because things like this take time, but RTM Law understood me & always kept me in the loop. Thank you Emma. Having an accident was horrible, but dealing with the insurance was a nightmare. I was at a red light and got hit from the rear by someone who never touched her brakes. I told the insurance that I was hurt and in pain but they never addressed my issues. My vehicle was in a body shop for almost 4 months. They would not approve the factory parts needed to get my truck back in running condition. Only wanted inferior aftermarket parts. They threatened and took my rental car away, leaving me without transportation. When I reached out to RTM Law, they were on the phone 3 minutes and all the factory parts for my truck were approved. were approved, I had a rental car for the remainder of the repairs. RTM finally scheduled me to see a doctor. I have never needed an attorney so I was worried, but calling RTM was the best thing I could have done. I would 100% refer them to friends and family.
