If you were a client of Brian McCormick and he discharged your case without informing you contact me and the rest of his clients who are pursuing a legal malpractice lawsuit. You can find us on Reddit. One of their lawyers committed legal malpractice then they called and badgered my mother (who I had informed them over a year prior was no longer to be contacted in any regards about the case) to claim the case never actually qualified first claiming I didn't have a diagnosis I guess they had hoped I lost the medical records when I pointed out that I still have the physical records from the original diagnosis they tried to tell me the case filling deadline was 2006 despite the fact that the cases deadline was actually near 2018
I managed to find out from another lawyer that their lawyer in charge of my case discharged my case and every other case in regards to this subject as quote "a favor to the judge because he wanted to have the docket cleared by the end of the year"
