Not that I am "worldly-wise" in all things legal, however, over the past several years, I've had to rely on a lot of legal assistance. buy-out of a business, starting a new business, Neighbor issues, being overcharged by healthcare institution, etc.

my experience with Noel was remarkable. He was fun and easy to talk to and work with.
