Robert has represented us on 3 separate real estate transactions - 2 in the past month. He’s a real pro. On the sell side did a great job valuing the property and developing a sales plan that resulted in several offers over asking price with a quick close. Exceeded expectations. On the buy side Robert was extremely diligent bringing us properties that worked for us, strategizing on offers and working closely with other agents, inspectors and others in the industry to ensure a successful transaction that worked for us. Robert did a terrific job assisting us with the purchase of our condo in Vail. He was responsive to all of our needs every step of the way. Prior to purchasing the condo, we appreciated how he helped us view the condo remotely the same day we first spoke with him. This allowed us to feel confident in making an offer on the condo before we even stepped foot in it. Robert was then able to get us signed up quickly for an inspection and negotiate with the sellers on a few items from the inspection report.
