Att Robert Hart talked a good game, and seemed to have done what he said he would by dropping a speeding ticket to a non-moving violation. However, months later he called to say the judge rejected it and wanted him to appear in court. He said he was 6 hours away (something he failed to mention when I hired him) and had too many more i.portant things to do than actually go to work to get paid. Therefore, he offered to rescind the plea and said I don't even have to show up since I've already paid.
I showed up. Not only did they accept the original plea deal, the prosecuting attorney said she told Hart THREE times how to file the paperwork correctly and he refused to do so, and he refused to come to court. The judge said it was "Very concerning" that he told me I did not gave to appear that day. Mr. Hart had been calling me every day to sign an email letting him off my case, which I ignored. Do NOT trust this lawyer! He will take your money, but he doesn't follow through. If the solution doesn't fall into his lap your on your own! And he's incompetent as to the correct filing pricedures!

I got a speeding ticket and was worried about my driving record and insurance. Robert was amazing—he got my ticket changed to a non-moving violation. If you need a lawyer who really knows what they're doing, You best call Robert hands down.

I will recommend him to friends and family if they ever find themselves in a similar situation. If I could rate him higher, I would gladly do so.

Absolutely the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Didn't have a clue who I was when I called for updates. High priced for mediocre results. I could have saved the $600 I spent on Mr Hart, defended myself and received the same results for an interstate speeding ticket. Ended up paying more for the speeding ticket than the original amount. On top of everything, calls me the day of court and tells me I need to get up and copy, print, and scan back documents or I will have to appear in court in one hour. Didn't even ask me if I wanted to accept the plea deal!!! Moral of the story...don't get caught speeding 😒

I hired Mr. Hart after receiving a 95 in a 70. After reading the good reviews I had high hopes, but unfortunately I spent an arm and a leg for nothing. He pled guilty to 85 and I will still get 3 points. If I wanted a guilty plea I would have saved myself the trouble and done it myself, really not happy at all with this outcome and do not recommend him. I’ve had tickets before that were worse and better attorneys that got me out of them. I would have been better off paying the initial fee than hiring an attorney to do absolutely nothing for triple the price on top of the court fines.

I was traveling through Ohio & got clocked going 88 in a 60. Robert was able to get my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation w/ 0 points on my license, and I never had to appear!! Couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Robert Hart was amazing. I’m got a ticket while doing work on Ohio. I live in NJ. I wanted to avoid points so I wouldn’t see in a increase in my insurance. Mr. Hart took on my case and was able to get the charges lessened and I avoided points. Mr Hart was professional and a joy to work with. Thank you for everything. Robert R Hart name came up the most. I decide to call, it was a Saturday.
Mr Robert R. Hart promptly returned my call. He was so good in communicating and you could tell, he was an expert in the traffic field law. At the end,the traffic ticket and the fine were altogether dismissed.
I highly recommend this exceptional lawyer , very energized and effective.
