I called Saturday morning and Robert made an appointment that day. He is very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Personable. I told him beforehand that my Boyfriend and his Father are hard of hearing (I think my boyfriend's is selective lol). Robert explained "fluently" to my Boyfriend and his Father so that they heard and understood him. He explained everything on the form and what it meant before they signed anything.
He is easy going, patient and kind. He was a pleasure to work with and to help with this important task. He has a great outlook, personality and some great jokes!!
He is deserving of Recognition for Exceptional Service!!. Thank you Robert!
Also, he is absolutely the best Santa Claus by far!!! I think he actually may be Santa Claus and does this on the off season!?!

Robert is a gentleman that provides great service! We needed a Consent to Travel form notarized for our little one for a last minute trip outside the country.
