I have always heard good things about Robert Half. And now I have experienced it for myself! I unexpectedly lost my job last September. I was slightly panicked due to how the job market has been. I called Robert Half and began working with Alex Gilmore. I wasn't looking for temporary work but something full time with an option to become a permanent employee with a company. And in no time, he called to inform me that I had received an assignment.
I cannot say enough good things about Robert Half and their wonderful staff! Thank you, Alex, for being so amazing!

I absolutely would not use the services of Robert Half/Office Team again.

During my meeting with them, they essentially filled out a form with me that was all of the information that was already available on the application I had turned in. Data entry was a severe waste of my time when it's a task that can be done by one person in front of a computer.

Communication was very, very sparse. I called in once a week--sometimes twice a week--to check up as I was told to. Which, frankly, is a ridiculous instruction to give someone when your company focuses on temp and hiring.

I also provided a date I needed off due to having scheduled an appointment with a clinic in Denver three months in advance. They placed me in my first temp-to-hire position and neglected to tell the office I was working in that I needed this day off and had put in for months in advance. This I realized as I made passing conversation with a new co-worker that I'd miss seeing them the next morning. Needless to say, my prospective employer wasn't keen on me having the day off but I couldn't reschedule without waiting another three months for a health issue. They let me go after less than a week of work due to "attendance issues."

Without the help of Robert Half/Office Team, I found a temporary position on my own. A month into this job I received a call from them asking if I would like to interview with another office. After not hearing back from them for over three months, I assumed I was off of their roster. I politely declined.

Since then, I've deferred my friends to other places. I would not work with them again. While they were never unpleasant when I called or on the rare occasion that someone--usually Josh--got back to me; they were absent throughout most of our very brief partnership.

I will not be using Robert Half in Colorado Springs any longer. Been in my line of work for over 16 years and have never been treated this poorly by a recruiting firm. 6 months ago I interviewed for a position with 2 different people at the company. Apparently, there was a major breakdown in communication between the recruiter and the company as to exactly which position I was applying for. The company went with someone else stating I was overqualified for a position that I thought was supervisory according to the recruiter. Would have been a step up for me. Overqualified!! Recruiter told me she’d get to the bottom of it and let me know. I never hear back from her. Still don’t know what happened. My guess is she was too embarrassed to tell me she missed the mark on the position. Recently I gave them another chance with a different recruiter. Same half-hearted customer service. They are clearly all about their “client” and give very little regard to the applicant. As the most recent recruiter told me in her own words when I asked her to convey a message to the company, “well, we don’t want to step on any toes with them” after telling her multiple times that the position I applied for with that same company was a different position. What? I can’t apply to more than one position? Hmm. Ok. No problem. I’m all done RH.

You can't get anyone to ever call you back - even when you are responding to an inquiry they themselves initiated. Going to the office in person gets you the 'don't call us we'll call you' treatment. Life's too short to chase people to make them money.

Robert Half Technology not only helped me gain some extra experience through some temporary job placement, they also helped me locate and secure the most appropriate position for me within a very good company. I am very pleased with what they have done for me.

I highly recommend Robert Half Technology for technical job seekers. It can take some time depending on your skill set and career goals, but they will help you find the right fit for you. Even if you're an oddball like me with an unusual skill set.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. I applied to Accountemps and the person I spoke to, Joshua Winderbaum, suggested I also apply with Office Team due to my background. It was a fantastic suggestion and I felt like he was going above and beyond to give me more placement options. On a Monday we did a Skype interview with both agencies at the same time, which was extremely convenient. By Friday, Joshua called and offered me an assignment starting on Monday. I'm sure things don't always move this quickly, and I was lucky, but that doesn't make me any less impressed. All in all my experience with Accountemps has been nothing but positive and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

I left denver over three months ago and still get calls inquiring for position. It’s always someone different and I have to tell them I’m no longer in Denver yet they find someone else to cal by the next two weeks. I asked how they were getting my number and they said Indeed and Monster. It’s now be about two months since I deleted my Indeed and Monster account and they call back to back. I wish the communication were better between staff and they wouldn’t offer $13 to $15 jobs. I haven’t mad less than 16 an hour since I was a teenager. If they cant help me and continue to pester an annoy me who do they help?

While I definitely am thankful for the work Robert Half provided me, both here and in other states, be really careful about what you agree to. Research wages, think about bonus structures and be SURE to get everything on paper. Remember, their job is to provide you with employment while also maximizing their profits, so your best interest is not necessarily theirs. As an example, the "benefits" they provide don't meet basic ACA standards. Why? Because they can get away with it and maximize their profits while telling you they provide coverage as part of your "benefits package." Remember, no one is going to look out for you, more than you.
