I have had the most positive experience while working with Javier Vegas for my Social Security Disability claim. He guided me through each step, and his communication back to me was timely and very prompt. I was given the status from him and he then reassured me along the way. The minute Daniella took over as my case manager, she always made sure I understood everything ,walked me through anything I asked. I honestly don't feel like I would have won my case without her I called her to thank her for everything and she said we all work together to help me but anytime I called her she always called me back that day helped me to get all of my Dr appointments so since she refused to take a personal compliment. Always saying we so that tells me she is a real team player and I would hold on to her because she is a rare employee and I thank everyone but she had my back and I love her as a person. She made me feel like family!! I wanted to let you know it was a long process but she always explained everything all the time and she always made me feel better!!!!
