André Ríos Bollinger is a wizard! I contacted him after I was told the police were looking for me regarding a felony hit-and-run. André jumped into action and got in touch with the witnesses and police immediately. He broke down the law and possibilities so that I could understand them and make my own decisions. He got a bail bonds agent ready to get me out of jail, and even came down to the police station with me. Ultimately, I wasn't arrested or even charged with a crime.
