My wife and I initially contacted Mr Dana through our companies legal plan. Given the plan covers much of the cost for wills, trusts, etc. we didn't expect the level of help we received from Dana and Associates. Mr Dana walked us through the process from start to finish, met with us on multiple occasions to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and was more than patient with us on completion of documentation on our side. In the end, we now have our trust, wills, powers of attorney and a digital trust to make sure all of our online pictures and videos are passed on to our children when we pass.

We can't thank Mr Dana enough for his guidance, knowledge of probate law and the peice of mind that we now have all our bases covered when the time comes.

I am a former client of this law firm. My husband and I spent a pretty hefty sum of money having a trust drawn up in 2020 with them. I'm not sure what's happened but our attorney we originally worked with is no longer there. So when I called to schedule an appointment with him I was given one with Attorney Dana. We needed to make some changes to our trust so we decided on a conference call so he could give me a quote on what it would cost for the revisions. So after waiting about 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment I called the office and was put right thru to attorney Dana. He said he called but my phone went to a voicemail that had not been set up. I advised him that he misdialed then because I've had this number for over 15 years and the voicemail was most definitely set up. His next question was how did I hear about their firm? And I'm like WHAT? I'm your client, your firm drew up my trust and now I need to make some changes. Well the call went south from there. We won't be using this firm for any future business, estate law or such. And it's too bad because we had such a great experience with Will our original attorney. My advice Attorney Dana, be better prepared next time and at least know who you're speaking to.
