I've been using resumewriters now since the early 2000's. It helped me land my first job as an intern at a pharmaceutical company. My resume (CV in my case...which is 'science talk' for resume) was very professional and stood out among the other applicants. Since then I've landed jobs at 2 other major pharma companies and now I'm working for a promising start-up. I recently found myself out of work after being employed for almost 20 years in a high paying line of work. This is not a good company. The writer assigned to my account Steve would not call me on the date I requested to discuss the resume draft, his email responses did not make any sense as a response it was if the email was not even read. I then contacted customer service and they were even worse than this person. This company should actually be investigated. Do not waste any of your time or money with this place. If you are looking for a resume writing company look elsewhere for a more reputable company

The worst experience of my life i Paid for the executive resume I paid extra for there liknkedin and job posting for nothing. I expressed the unhappiness of the resume and nothing was done. I have no idea if they did the linkedin work I dont know if they posted me in a job post. I want to a job fair and to the unemployment office and they fee my biggest problem was my resume. Please stay again the resume was horrible but there communication and there customer service is worst. I have been in my protection for 23 years and have never been out of work this long, Not one phone call not one interview.
