My experience with Reservations.com is incomplete. I did reserve a Best Western room for a five-day stay for at the end of January in Arizona. Their final billed price is about $200 less than any other source for that hotel. I am not sure what to rate Reservations.com at this point, but I did contact the national Best Western and the front desk of the hotel and both said the reservation was there and prepaid. The only thing I would recommend to Reservations.com at this time is to disclose the service or finder's fee clearly at the outset to avoid complaints. My credit card was charged $11.99 in addition to the hotel reservation. I would also advise that Reservations.com offer the their club membership to the customer in advance in order to get repeat business coming back their way. So, so far, I think they can improve their reputation and get repeat business by being more upfront and transparent from the outset.

Such a scam! Even 1 star is too much!! Canceled 20 seconds after confirming a reservation in error because something accidentally hit the confirm button when my phone slipped out of my hand and now I'm out $250.00! And got nowhere with customer service! I did email [email protected] and have not heard back from anyone.

It's pretty much phishing. Booked a room from what I thought was the hotels website. Ended up being phished. The page is identical to the hotels web page? Wth? Showed it to the management at the hotel. They say it happens regularly. So they got me for 18.00 service charge for booking, which I could have saved. Be careful out there! There are misleading companies out there looking to take your cash! The fact is they imposter others pages to look like others websites and make you believe your on Hiltons website for example.

Very deceptive. They try to look like the official website but they are not, and then they charge you additional unquoted fees and refuse to process refunds even if you figure it out in minutes. Even my bank though it was suspicious because it was processed in US funds, they don’t tell you that unless you read the fine print. I will never booked any of my vacations with this service provider.

Terrible Terrible experience. Agent confirmed the room without confirming with hotel and when we reached hotel staff said there were no room booked. And They never returned the money either.

Be careful, it may look like you are booking with a hotel, but you may be booking with a third party! They did not want to refund after an error in booking.
