Highly, Highly recommend Ed and Beth Schoenen!!! They helped ease the process of renovating/selling my house from out of state (We are a Military Family). Ed helped me hire local contractors and update my home as well as fix damage that occurred under the watch of a neglectful property management co. and Beth was essential in making my home look beautiful, helping me with design details and more. Ed always returned my calls and answered my multitude of questions - great communication through Every Step Of The Way (and this was no quick/easy flip, due to supply chain issues, etc..Ed had to oversee the project for several months.)
Before Ed & Beth, I had a previous realtor who made this process extremely stressful on me -she would go days, sometimes weeks without returning phone calls/emails, and even allowed damaged to occur to my vacant home (For a Military family the process is hard enough doing everything out of state without having to deal with prop managers/realtors who neglect you/your property). In desperate need to fix my house, this is when I found Ed - hiring him as my realtor was the best decision I could have ever made. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him! The cherry on top, Beth and Ed sold my home the first weekend it was on the market!

Selling and buying a house is a complicated deal. My son bought his house in Great Falls while he was still in the Airforce. He purchased the house and used Jody Jakes as his agent to purchase roughly 8 years ago,,,, Fast forward to November of 2018 when his wife got a job offer in Omaha Nebraska and they had 3 weeks to report. Mom and Dad drove up to Great Falls and moved everyone and pets to Omaha. 2 years later he decided to sell the house that had been vacant for 2 years. Needless to say, a number of things needed to be done. While in Great Falls he again hired Jody Jakes to sell his house. Little did she know what she was getting into. In our eyes, Jody Jakes is by far the best real estate person in Great Falls. Jody coordinated multiple contactors after we went back to Omaha. The House closed yesterday and we owe it all to Jody and her hard work! She really earned every penny on this one! If we could give her 10 stars we would!
