Whether you have a need in real estate, probate, estate planning, or business matter that requires an attorney, I always highly recommend Reed, Mawhinney & Link. Of course they are professional and they're also caring and compassionate. They have been such a great resource for me and I appreciate all they do. Not to mention how involved they are in the community! Again, if you need an attorney for business matters, real estate, estate planning, or probate, look no further than RML!

I am currently having to work with this firm with my late grandmother's trust. The only thing I can say is RUN. The billable is around 500 a hour, and the paperwork will be riddled with mistakes. I have personally delivered important information to their office directly, and it was still wrong on the final draft. Hire this firm if you like talking to paralegals and receptionists just to have your "lawyer" skim it and send it. Take your money to someone who cares, not these people.

These guys and gals are amazing. They have helped us with probate issues, estate planning, and wills for my father and my family. Andy is detailed oriented and the staff is very communicative which is enormous when it comes to legal matters. The cost is a flat rate for most planning, and probate issues rates are more than reasonable, IMO. If you are looking for Legal advice, look no further.

I must say, Will was an outstanding resource for us, and was able to guide us in navigating the legal waters as they relate to real estate law. I feel very confident moving forward after our meeting. I would highly recommend Will for any real estate related business issues/questions. He was personable, friendly, and the consummate professional. His staff was wonderful, and the offices were conveniently located in central Lakeland, and were very comfortable.

I am extremely thankful for Mr. Reed, Valerie, and Nikki. My husband and I needed to get our end of life paperwork in order. We needed to make this a priority because failing health is a factor. Before the "pandemic" I called roughly 5-6 attorneys to try and get an appointment expeditiously only to be told 2-3 months before I could get in; however, Reed Mawhinney was able to get us in within a week. My husband and I met with Mr. Reed, talked about what we had to get in place, and how long it would take to get those papers in order. Mr. Reed gave us a flat rate to complete the forms. It was a very fair fee and my husband and I could not be happier that we do not have to worry about the future. We have another legal matter to get done and I would not think of asking any other firm. I cannot say thank you enough to the entire firm, attorneys and staff alike, that helped us when we needed it.
