Making an appointment is vital to the smooth operations of their services. Friendly staff and not too long of a wait time. Make sure you always bring your paperwork and you can be in and out in 30 minutes!

I’ve had nothing but negative experiences here, especially with the rude staff. I had an 2pm appointment, didn’t get called back until 3:30, and I didn’t leave until 4:00. The receptionist and female staff are consistently disrespectful—no greeting, no appreciation, just a scowl and an attitude. It’s disappointing to see this kind of treatment, especially to a veteran I witnessed being treated just as poorly for asking a simple question. I hope they address the staffing, customer service, and timing issues soon.

I came here to get Drivers license renewed and gold star added. I didn’t have appointment on a Tuesday 1:30. P. I was given a number and sat outside of DMV offc.. waiting only 15 minutes until called. The rest took another 15 minutes.. overall I thought the service was good and professional.

To compare:
I went to Madison satellite in am waited an hour number called but then told it was a mistake click of mouse.. thus I left as the clerk had demonstrated odd behaviors giving
10 minutes speech to entire waiting room at 9am explaining she was going as fast as she goes…

Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm. Showed up 15 minutes early. My family got their numbers and sat in the waiting area. 4 walk ins came in after us, when Friday is the on walk in day. They Cleary knew the civilians working at the counter. They were not given numbers, and were taken back before my family. Unprofessional, and disrespectful. This needs to be fixed.

The notorious Redstone ID card facility otherwise coined as Redstone One-Stop DMV. Horrendous wait times WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I was told I would have to wait at least 45 min for my appointment in which I scheduled a month out. What's the point of requiring appointments if the staff and facility won't honor/can't facilitate services in which they're advertising they provide?

Garrison and/or post CDR needs to step in and rectify this IMMEDIATELY if the well-being and personal time of individuals is as much as a concern as they continue briefing it is.

FIX THIS GLARING, CONTINUING ISSUE IF THERE'S AN OUNCE OF CONCERN FROM THE POST CDR!

Our experience with One Stop was very efficient and fast. We had a 7:30 appointment and upon signing in we were immediately taken back to get our new ID Cards. Donna was very personable and professional. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly.

We made an appointment for today March 23rd which we were told by them to come in on Saturday to get my id renewed. My id expires that day. Get there and they have a sign saying they won't be open today. So everything I needed to do today I can't because I won't be able to to get back on base where I live. There was also a couple next to me that drove an hour and a half, and you know they aren't going to cover the cost of gas they had to use to drive all the way here then back then I have to come back again. If you say your going to be open BE OPEN.

Easily one of the most disorganized one-stops I’ve had the displeasure to use during my time in the service. Some of the rudest civilians workers I’ve had to deal with both inside and outside the military. Always have some kind of attitude. Showed up for my 9 am appointment at 850 and was told I was late and they had already called my number. Then despite being fully clean shaven got a break down of regs by a civilian. Garbage one stop
