Honestly, I don’t know where to begin. Rasor law heard my case from the beginning and has guided me every step of the way where I have little to no worries at all, even though my lawsuit is very stressful and I worry a great deal at times which is normal. They are there to ease any issues. The process so far has been very smooth and every single one of the staff at Rasor law have been friendly and caring. They will definitely tell you that the consultation is free, but they will strong-arm you into paying them a retainer fee for them to give you any information about how to go about things. I wouldn't suggest this Law Office to my worst enemy. I said $2,000 to request a couple forms that is outrageous and they wouldn't tell me the forms nor how to get them. Sounds like a scam to me

I happen to manage a very large trust and regularly deal with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines. This firm is quite literally the worst as far as ethics and integrity, and I cannot urge you strongly enough to stay away.

Rasor's right-hand man Jeff McCarty "was appointed to represent a woman in a claim for Social Security Widow's Benefits, and he sought to charge an illegal fee; and in a collection suit filed against her, he failed inform the court that he previously agreed he would not charge any fee unless authorized in accordance with the Social Security laws and regulations." This liar and scoundrel has found a home at Rasor, no surprise.

In my case, Jeff was unprepared for hearings - that is, if he actually showed up on time and seemed coherent. He filed a critical document on the wrong case and was oblivious to it at the time of hearing. This was the latest of Jeff's buffoonery where he let the opposing party lie and did not counter the testimony despite having the evidence, and did not take remedial action such as asking for attorney fees or sanctions. He really did not care. I have experience with the court and could have handled this case myself; I hired Rasor to spare myself the dynamics of engaging with my ex directly in court. Makes sense. But McCarty blew it.

Now Rasor is trying to tell me "We did everything proper and above board," if you believe filing on the wrong case is proper. He has been confronted with the facts and has shown himself to be a greedy and dishonest coward. He has mocked other clients suffering the same fate as me on social media:

"We know that you didn't love the result, sorry, we don't make up the facts. I'm sure you'll respond to this review and leave another one, but that can't be helped. Unhappy people do unhappy things.
Sorry you're suffering, but that's not on us."

If you want someone who will take your money, tank your case, and spit in your face, hire Rasor. My case is nothing new. This is how he does business.
